SVN commit 945094 by toma:

Remove the setting of the initial_cc field as there is no div in the html with that \
name. Solves the warning: "Error: document.getElementById("initial_cc") is null; \
Source File: https://bugs.kde.org/enter_sysadmin_request.cgi; Line: 278" which \
prevents the description of the component to be correctly set one line down. \
