SVN commit 914385 by ahartmetz:

- Re-added Negotiate/Kerberos/whateveryoucallit auth
- Reworked the "when to ask for credentials" business - I'm happy with it now :)
- Fixed an obvious (new) NTLM bug
- Removed #if 0-ed old code
- Various small improvements
- Works even better than before :P
- I'm pretty much done with the HTTP ioslave for now!
