*shrug*. Konqueror seems to be also broken. "View" menu, you directly see a 
combo. Then we have lots of combos if you open submenu "Set encoding".

Hmmm... was this default changed recently ? I mean, we are not sure what 
impact this actually had on the rest of apps... maybe it is safer to apply 
this patch after 4.2 has been tagged.
