SVN commit 860939 by nsams:

Complete use building by adding:
- parent:: self::
- class constants
- constants (declared with define-function)

Adapted Parser-Grammar for a clearer Ast for StaticAst-Node.
This introduced another conflict that was resolved using manual look ahead.
