SVN commit 830326 by clicea:

->Solved the picture effects, they were needed in the 
style instead of in the picture tag.
->Fixed verbosiness in some constructors FooType foo( 
foo2 ) is the same as FooType foo = foo2 when 
declarating. (I thought it was better before)
-> changed some properties to use addPropertyPt() 
instead of QString("%1pt").arg()
->Added stroke to the GraphicStyles by 
default, seems the right behavior in KPresenter, I 
might have to make it apply only to the shapes 
somehow.
->Give more consistent names to some parameters
->Export the next objects:
-->Fully export TextBoxes
-->Pie, arcs and sections of circles
-->Grouped objects
-->Polygons and polylines, not fully working yet.
