Why shouldn't it? The type is only used as return type of a function and
for that C++ AFAIK doesn't need to know the complete type.

Apparently this is not needed on the dashboard or any of the machines
that the kdevelop devs use. So whats the compile error and whats the
compiler that has a problem?
