I think there were some classes that at least COULD be used, also I don't know 
how C++ rtti which is used a lot in teamwork and boost works together with 
not exported symbols, so I just exported everything relevant.

The main reason why it doesn't crash while starting however is probably the 
removed BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT_GUID macros. Now I'd like to test whether teamwork 
works again, just the toolview stuff is stopping me testing it. :)
