Ok so i'll remove ioctl from both msvc/mingw socket.h,
a while ago i've asked to ktorrent dev if he would switch to qsocket
and this was the reply
http://ktorrent.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2300&start=0 (the 10th one)
btw right now the networking part of ktorrent seems to works fine
