Flush the train work:
- Personal API review of tabwidget
- Fix signals which have wrong signature to open the composer when clicking on a mailto in the reader
- Rename sync folder list to sync all resources, and add a new action to sync one resource.
- Fix signals and slots for the header widget, so you can rightclick again on headers to perform actions
- Fix select all messages action
- Remove silly connect which monitors solid, no need for it anymore.
- Move the call for the website down the chain, so all actions are initialised
- Make sure all the actions are enabled and checked at the right times.
