SVN commit 745650 by rempt:

Make maskImage() take a rect instead of a KisImageSP that was
only used to get the image's bounds. Nearly fully test KisPixelSelection
and use more direct methods to add, subtract and intersect pixel
selections, since the old onces gave very weird results.
