out of the blue it just occurred to me, that i didn't consider a teeny
weenie detail:
sync()ing a file with localized entries will now drop all translations
but the current one. whoops. ok, this isn't going to happen often, but
still.
what is needed is an additional ParseOption ParseAllLocales to be set
in kconfig::sync().
how the merging should be done wrt deleted entries etc. is another
question - see the other mail.
of course, don't even think about storing the locale in the key name as
before. another field in KEntryKey is needed - this should also obsolete
the anticipated bLocalized.
