Interesting; this was indeed the only part of libkonq that the old kicker
was using (but only from two applets, not from the core of kicker itself).

Note that dolphin uses its own popupmenu code; only the actions stuff is
shared with konqueror (and I plan to move the "Open With..." code there too,
for more sharing - if kickoff needs this then it's even more of a reason for doing so).

However we have a dependency issue, if kickoff is in workspace and needs stuff
from libkonq. Maybe it's time to move the menuactions code (actions and open with)
and possibly even the popupmenu code (which has quite a number of konqueror-specific
extension points though) to kdelibs...
