The source is compiled under gvcc 3.3 and msvc. I have carerfully looked at 
why gcc 4.x got a problem, with help of Piggz, but find no answer. Maybe it 
was too much work for the day, hmm, have you any idea why 'friend class 
KexiWindow' in kexipart.h is not enough?
