Yes, "don't like it" was too weak. I knew it will disable the lib and kcm for 
more platforms than needed, but at least kdelibs compiles everywhere again.

That was redundant, the else part was never executed as kcm/ is already 
disabled from the parent dir then. Wasn't meant to go in actually. Fixed.

Because of many alsa(/oss?) specific system calls, (as Andreas mentioned, see 
there). I think different .cpp files per backend would make sense here?
