SVN commit 683563 by spstarr:

Significant changes. Now differentiates between 'Windsor, ON' and Windsor, NS'. \
Prepare dataengine support for Applet, need to see how to pass the list of cities \
each Ion supports to the Applet configuration (SLOT, SIGNAL likely). Allow for custom \
properties to be set for each Ion with setIonOption().
