sys/user.h includes (indirectly) some headers which are not meant to be
included from userspace, but are included for backward compatibility with
programs which need to mess with kernel structures. These internal
headers are not clean to include from C++ at the moment. There are some
C++ reserved keywords in use as structure members, argument names etc.

Issues are specific to DragonFly AFAIK. Just no one cared about it yet ;).
