Oh OK, I thought you said it applied. Sorry for the false alarm then.

(Personnally I think it should apply to kdepimlibs changes that affect other modules than
kdepim, but that changing kdepimlibs+kdepim together is fine - but that's just my opinion,
not the one of a kdepim-only developer).
