I was about to do that like I was used from other places, but there admin was 
also fetched from anonsvn., so seeing here admin being fetched from svn. I 
adopted to it.

So admin is special cased? Is this something one can see and learn in 
svnacl.cfg?

Will change it for libkhalkhi to anonsvn. now...
