KexiDB
- queries are supported as row source for lookup fields
- added support for multiple visible columns in lookup fields
- improved saving table extended schema data for lookup fields
- sort query results by primary key fields if there 
  is no explicit sorting specified
  (especially useful when there are complex joins)
