Another step towards making Global a NInstance instead
- disable noatuntags lib, it will probably be refactored into libnoatun anyway
- start renaming all the Global pointers to nInstance
- library/global: no singleton anymore!
- library/config: take KSharedConfig object from application instance
- library/engine: gone, see Player
- library/player: hide EngineInterface behind Player class
- library/player: length() is now currentLength(), it is/should be the length of the current playlistitem
- modules/noatunui: noatunui to noatun_milkchocolate (let's use the name if it has one)
- modules/akode-engine: adapt to EngineInterface changes
- app: adapt to changes in Global class, port some more code and remove unneeded cruft
