SVN commit 619953 by raabe:

- Kill librss, in favor of libsyndication (which is basically a fork of
  librss plus support for new features and feed types). Now that dcoprss
  is gone, I could only find extragear/network/ktorrent as the only
  remaining application which depends on librss - but it has its own forked
  copy, too (what's up with these people copying libraries around?).
