SVN commit 617966 by mpfeiffer:

- rename FormulaShape -> KoFormulaShape
- rename FormulaTool -> KoFormulaTool
- moved lib documentation from kformulalib.h to Mainpage.dox
- add CMakeLists.txt for the new classes - no compilation atm
- add FormulaRenderer class that makes painting simpler
- give AttributeManager a lot of functionality so that it can handle the MathML attributes

what is missing:
- AttributeManager:
   - proper handling of displaystyle attribute
   - font handling
   - implementation of the default values for attributes
- FormulaRenderer:
   - automatically handle the scriptlevel
