SVN commit 603233 by rempt:

Make sure everyone uses selectedRect, not selection->extent()
or selection->exactBounds() (which are unreliable if the user
has create a seletion, deselected and chose select-all). Also
fix the sig/slot connections for the adjustment layers and remove
a couple of sloppy warnings.
