what is the "current directory" of the minicli? by accident it is the current 
directory of the kdesktop process, but you can hardly claim that this is by 
design or wanted that way. 

so you'd have to search in a number of known or fixed locations.

I'm open for suggestions on how to improve it. Perhaps only if there is an 
extension and it is 3 chars. or do you have a counterexample for that as 
well? :)

Its for a file that does exist, but not in the current directory.
