SVN commit 571001 by cniehaus:

I am removing the howto-tutorial from the index.html because is
it so totally outdated that it really cannot be used anymore.
I am tempted to remove it completly but am not sure about this...

Furthermore, the "recently updated" tutorial (hello-world with KDE)
is about KDE2...
