SVN commit 544894 by nikolaus:

OpenDocument	Scrollbar initialisation
Native format	Fix the determination of the maximum scroll bar range.
		This was disabled by commit 526489 for a speedup in creating
		autofill sequences. It was already present in 1.5.0.
		Restored the old behaviour and adjusted the autofill algo, so
		the speedup is still present.

Note 1:	There's room for improvement here: on loading the scroll range is
	adjusted for each processed cell, which slows things down.
Note 2:	Sheet::nonDefaultCell(..) has a parameter, which should disable the max.
	scroll range but which is never used. I've removed this parameter in
	trunk/, because it is superfluous: one can use
	Sheet::enableScrollbarUpdate(bool).
