SVN commit 544644 by zander:

Usability fix; when the user moves a shape, but depresses the (for example)
control we normally limit the movement to the x or y axis.  The problem was
that this required a mouse event to take effect.
This change makes releasing/pressing control/shift/alt give immediate feedback.
