SVN commit 540774 by zander:

Remove GfxStyle and split it in two;
We now have a QBrush as the background color on KoShape.  A QBrush can be
 used for just about all fill types (including no fill) so this is a full
 solution.
Next I created a KoShapeBorderModel which can paint a border. I added a
 simple line border implementation.
