SVN commit 536470 by zander:

Separate KoTool.h into 2 files; there was quite some implementation in that header file.
Also optimized includes there.
Last; I altered the mouseEvents to return void instead of bool since the KoGfxEvent now
has accept() and ignore() methods. (as discussed with zagge on IRC some days ago)
