SVN commit 517119 by dfaure:

* Many fixes for the embedded mode:
    No page margins, no view modes ...
    When active, use zoom level of embedding host correctly
    When not active, don't assume host applies DPI settings to zoom factors,
     it doesn't make sense for e.g. krita to do so.

* Support for inserting inline pictures from DCOP
