SVN commit 516392 by page:

- When undoing an action that adds a tile to a layer, remove that tile rather than \
replace it with a copy of the default tile, and recalculate the extent. This fixes \
                undoing a selection invert when the selection is modified after the \
                invert.
- Add consts.
- Remove extra ; after }.
