SVN commit 515079 by rempt:

* Fix the remaining niggles with the opacity slider. Use a spinbox
so we cannot get beyond the % sign and use the mousewheel, aggregate keyboard
events using a timer and simplify the code a little.

* Also: some updates of the various TODO files.
