SVN commit 514636 by mutlaqja:

- Fixed focus settings for lx200gps
- Added TelescopeComponent which is responsible for drawing all the telescope markers \
                on the skymap
- LCGenerator almost works now, but ExDateEdit is not working, and ImageViewer \
                immediately crashes. Need to fix those.
- Added a DCOP statement that will change the current active INDI device, thereby \
reducing a lot of unnecessairy code that was in scriptbuilder.
