SVN commit 501727 by nikolaus:

- fix the cell choosing for formulas:
	  now using the formula parser to highlight the text (easy to extend!)
	  adjusted the Selection/Region classes a bit to achieve this
- merged class CellEditor and TextEditor into a new CellEditor class
	  class CellEditor was mostly virtual and only inherited by TextEditor
- some further cleanups
	  removal of some unnescessary variables/methods
	  d-pointer trickery
