SVN commit 501372 by illissius:

the last of my nemesi defeated
- tooltips for truncated items in the playlist now show up directly above the item -- \
                giving the effect of the truncated text growing to its full length
- the length in the systray tooltip now updates in real time as the track progresses
(the one minor issue remaining is I'd like to vertically center the text in the \
current track's tooltip, but that'd likely require some ugly hacks)
