AM_GNU_GETTEXT has to put some stuff in config.h, upon which gettext.h (in=

kdecore/) will decide about further includes and call definitions. Also,=20
if there is some trouble with Gettext, AM_GNU_GETTEXT will give=20
=2D-disable-nls in configure to disable localization, so that developers ca=
n=20
go on with their work until problems are resolved.

(By temporary I mean that eventually scons system should provide=20
replacement for AM_GNU_GETTEXT).
