SVN commit 484445 by staikos:

- dewarn: Move new method implementations to the .cpp file
- fix bug in pulse generator: warn if trying to create a vector with the same
name as another one
- remove some trailing whitespace all over
- factor out a couple of constants in kstviewobject
- fix transparency for pictures by using OrROP.  SetROP is misbehaving.
- add the edit menu to the view objects and factor out some common entries
- remove unused files
- add some checks to the picture object
- this breaks lines, arrows, boxes, and borders.
