New FEATURE: auto guides

The auto guides builds on top of the newly added
snapping feature for guides.
The auto guides are not manually added put appear
magically along the edges of other objects so it is
easy to align them. The guides only become visible
when snapping.
For now it needs guide snapping turned on and
grid snapping turned off in the menus. Later when
guidesnapping has matured a seperate menu item
should be added.
