GUI: 

- Added basic syntax highlighting - Valid cell references in formulae are now \
coloured in as the user enters them, and a thin coloured border (a "highlight") is \
drawn around the area on the spreadsheet.  It is possible to change the size of a \
range referenced in a formula by dragging the size grip on the coloured border, but \
this is still work in progress.

- Changed cell text edit widget (KSpreadTextEdit) to respect line wrap settings of \
cell being edited.

- Cell text edit widget no longer has a border around it.  Ideally the cell edit \
widget should fit inside the cell, so that the existing cell border can be drawn \
around it, but unfortunately the Qt 3 QTextEdit class has several pixels padding at \
the top and left sides, so the widget has to be slightly taller than the text itself. \
This can be fixed during the Qt 4 port.

- Spreadsheet names in formulae are no longer case sensitive (Documentation needs to \
be updated to reflect this)
