About dnd of bookmarks: did you notice my changes in kdelibs/kio/bookmarks?
KBookmarkDrag is no more, KBookmark::addToMimeData and KBookmark::List::fromMimeData
allow to use the Qt4 QMimeData mechanism instead. But you can't use that in kdebase yet
until kdelibs_snapshot is updated; I just wanted to mention this so that you don't lose
too much time with the old Q3DragObject-based mechanism.
