Implement loading of profiles from disk. FINALLY!!! :)

I'll need to do some more testing and polishing, but basically it's
ready for the 0.4 release, nicely in time for aKademy.

It's a testiment to Qt's signals and the KEP API that I needed to write
*very* little glue code to add the loading. Just a couple of oneliners
and some additional signals and every piece falls into place :)

As a second change, give the profile files an extension. Not really
needed on KDE since we have mime magic, but doesn't hurt either.
