Let's get rid of setWeekly( freq, days, weekstart ) altogether! 
Several places can be simplified, since then you can initially set the type of 
the recurrence period, and later on add the type-specific settings. So far, 
you had to cache the fact that weekly is wanted, and call setWeekly only 
after you have determined the actual days. 

There are some places where the logic can be simplified by this.
