SVN commit 439953 by bmeyer:

Convert audiocd to use KCompactDisc for basic cd information.  This removes the UGLY \
TOC_FIXUP mother of all hacks that has plauged audiocd sense the begining.  Many bugs \
have been opened against it here are a few for memories sake.
