Translators: String change during message freeze!

Fix description of the RANDNORM(mu, sigma) math function as
reported by the translators.

I also noticed that the descriptions are not consistent with
spaces between parameters, some have a space, some have no
space (note: in KSpread it works regardless of whether a space
is added or not)... just something to remember to change
after KOffice 1.4...
