CVS commit by esken: 

New base class for mixer backends (e.g. Mixer_ALSA). It is more natural, and helps \
with resolving possible memory issues. Also the bizarre Mixer instanciation is now \
much more straightforward - "new Mixer()" instead of "getMixer() and strange checks". \
One Backend is now aggregated in one Mixer instance (e.g. Mixer contains a Mixer_OSS \
intance).
