You can use kdesu for non-ui apps. I think it's probably fine to pass the
arguments on the commandline though. It's hard to imagine anyone using this
in a case other than a mobile laptop, in which case protecting command-line
arguments from other users on the system is a bit pointless. (How many other
users can there be on a non-connected system?!)
