KSharedPtr's for the Startups. i think i will need to do the same
for Tasks eventually.

also the "canllaith, come back to me" patch ...

taskbar buttons are now drawn on the panel's background instead of their
own little buttons.

this results in hard to read text on some backgrounds, will fix with a
text effect. have borrowed kshadowtext but am not happy with the results.
must experiment more.

no, this is not configurable right now.
yes, this is a blatant attempt to steal mtaskbar's user base ;)
