yes, i was aware of this. i just wasn't sure exactly what i wanted it to do at 
this point. i was playing with it last night and i don't think there is much 
value to dragging whole groups of tasks since the groupings are often 
transient anyways; but the offsetting concern is that this creates a new type 
of inconsistency: some taskbar buttons are draggable, and others aren't, it 
depends on whether they are groups of windows or not. this is why i didn't 
just go ahead and commit the obvious fix right away .. anyways, i'm fine with 
this commit for now.

there are also a few other issues with the new drag and drop, including better 
visual feedback (the icon is a bit lame, esp when dragging in the pager) and 
repositioning of window geomtery in the pager isn't supported yet.

expected or have potential solutions and are wondeirng about it, my email is 
aseigo@kde.org .. kicker actually does have an active maintainer these days.
