In particular, it shouldn't link to kchartpart.

This might work on Linux, but it won't work on e.g. Mac OS X.

You need to make a noinst_LTLIBRARIES (convenience lib) or a lib_LTLIBRARIES \
(installed shared lib) if kchart should provide some code for the filters, as we did \
in the other koffice apps.
