Marc, feel free to improve the source code.

Some words about the background:
Between KMail 1.7 and 1.8 there has been a change to make the status 
identifiers (and names) consistent all over KMail. Unfortunatly this broke 
with existing filter rules.
My admittedly ugly hack is a workaround to fix the problems people have after 
upgrading to KMail 1.8 - and I tried to avoid changing strings all around in 
the sources so far.

That doesn't mean that there isn't any better solution.
